Movember is here again!

The staff in these pictures are growing a Mo to support men's mental health and start conversations about getting boys and men talking to each other!

This month remember to talk about how we feel - it is a sign of strength, not weakness and remember; it’s OK for me not to be OK.

What can you do?
If you can, grow a Mo!
If you can’t – talk to a mate, ask them how they are and really mean it! Every conversation matters and can make a difference.
Encourage others to talk.
Support the staff by congratulating them on their Mos!
